Bilingual Legal Templates (English / Español)

The same free templates as our English pages, with the Spanish translation printed next to each paragraph. Fill in the details once, both columns update, one set of signatures covers the document. Free, no signup, nothing uploaded. Pick a document, then your state.

How the bilingual layout works

  • English on the left, Spanish on the right, paragraph by paragraph — on screen and in the PDF.
  • You fill the form once; every value appears in both columns.
  • One signature block at the bottom, labeled in both languages.
  • The final clause says the English version controls if the columns ever differ — the Spanish text is a courtesy translation, not a separate agreement.
  • Check with the other party, and with any agency that will receive the document, whether a bilingual version suits them; every page links to the English-only and Spanish-only versions of the same form.

Frequently asked questions

Is a bilingual document one contract or two?

One. The English and Spanish columns are the same text, paragraph by paragraph, on the same page, with one set of signatures at the bottom. A final clause states that the English version controls if the two ever differ.

Is the Spanish text an official translation?

No. It is the same Spanish text we use on our Spanish-language pages — a plain, careful translation for reading, not a certified one. If a court or agency asks for a certified translation, you will need a translator; the bilingual page is meant to make sure both parties understand what they sign.

Can I get only one language?

Yes. Every document here also exists as an English-only template and as a Spanish-only template; each bilingual page links to both for the same state.
