Found an outdated rule, a bug in a form, or have a question about a template? We read everything.
Email us at hello@sealforms.com. A real person reads every message — replies usually within 1–2 business days.
Want a document we don't have yet? Use therequest a document form — the most-requested templates get built first.
If you're reporting an error in a state-specific rule, a link to the statute or official source helps us fix it fast — every rule on the site is cited, and we want it to stay right.
What to expect
- Corrections with a citation are checked against the statute and shipped in the next release — usually within a few days. We reply to tell you what changed.
- Bug reports (a field that doesn't fill, a PDF that prints wrong): include the page URL and your browser. Everything runs client-side, so a browser name is often the whole diagnosis.
- Document requests go through the request form; we build the most-requested ones first and announce them on the US forms page.
- Legal questions about your situation — we can't answer those. SealForms is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice; a licensed attorney in your state can. Our about page explains what we do and don't do.
Who you're writing to
SealForms is published by Rapi Stack, an independent publisher in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and maintained by a small editorial team. Our editorial and verification processdescribes how every state rule gets sourced and dated. For advertising or partnership inquiries, use the same address with “Partnership” in the subject; sponsored placements are always labelled — see ouraffiliate disclosure.
We don't run a phone line or live chat, and we never ask for the contents of your documents — nothing you type into a form leaves your browser.
