SealFormsFree legal templates, cited to each state’s statute

Situation packs · free · no account

Every document for the situation, in the order it happens

A single template rarely covers a whole situation. A landlord needs five documents between the first applicant and the last deposit; a private car sale is a bill of sale, a title transfer and possibly a notary; collecting a small debt is a letter, a court and a deadline. Each pack lines those up, tells you what to do and when, and links every step to the free generator for your state.

Choose your state once inside a pack and it is remembered on this device. Names and addresses you type into a pack are saved in your browser only, so the generators can reuse them; nothing is uploaded and there is no account.

How packs work

Each pack is a sequence of the generators and tools already on this site, with a short note on what the document does and when it belongs in the sequence. The packs do not repeat legal numbers: deposit limits, notice periods, title deadlines and small claims caps are state rules that change, so every step links to the state page or the tool where the figure appears with its citation.

Everything runs in your browser. The state you pick and the details you enter are kept in local storage on your device, the same way the generators autosave a draft, and can be cleared from the pack page at any time.
