Everything runs locally. Up to 200 rows per batch. For a single document with signatures and a live preview, use the regular generator for each template.

1. Choose the document

Same wording as the single-document template. Columns you don't map are left blank in the PDF.

2. Paste or upload your CSV

First row = column names. Commas, semicolons or tabs; quotes are fine. Export from Excel / Google Sheets as CSV.

How the batch works

  1. Pick the template. The four available are the ones a single person issues: rent receipt, late rent notice, invoice and demand letter.
  2. Paste your CSV (or upload the file). Use "Copy header row" to start a spreadsheet with the exact field names so every column maps automatically.
  3. Check the mapping and flip through the preview: what you see for row 1 is what each PDF will say for its row.
  4. Generate. The ZIP contains 001-…pdf, 002-…pdf and an index.csv with the file names and numbers used.

Keep the sender's details (your name, address, payment instructions) in a column too — repeat the value on every row, or fill it in the mapping step as a fixed value. Names and addresses you use often can live in your local contacts.

Frequently asked questions

What does "bulk generate" do?

It is a mail merge: you provide a spreadsheet where each row is one document (one tenant, one client, one debtor), map the columns to the template fields, and download a ZIP with one PDF per row, plus an index.csv listing the files.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?

No. The CSV is parsed and the PDFs are built entirely in your browser; nothing leaves your computer. There is no account and no server.

Which documents can I generate in bulk?

The four templates with a single issuer or signer: rent receipts, late rent notices, invoices and demand letters for payment. Two-party contracts (leases, bills of sale, agreements) need each party's details and signatures, so they stay one-at-a-time.

How are receipt and invoice numbers assigned?

If your CSV has a number column, map it and it is used as-is. Otherwise turn on auto-numbering: each row gets the next number from the same counter the single-document generator uses ("Next number"), so the sequence stays continuous.

Why do the PDFs look plainer than the on-screen preview?

Batch PDFs are written directly (no print dialog), with standard fonts and a signature line to sign by hand. The wording is the same as the single-document template.
